Tables for Withholding on Distributions of Indian Gaming Profits to Tribal Members--Tables for All Individuals (For Payments Made Through December 2004). Summary: These tables are for determining the calculation to use to figure the amount of income tax to withhold on Indian Gaming Profits paid to Tribal Members. The amount to be withheld (base plus a percentage of excess over low-end of bracket) is determined by the distribution period (Weekly, Biweekly, Semimonthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannual, Annual, or Daily or Miscellaneous) and the amount of the payment.
